Meet Erik Korte, PhD
Founder
Erik Korte, PhD, is the founder of Korte Laboratory Advisors and an experienced clinical laboratory leader with a background in clinical chemistry, toxicology, laboratory operations, research, and regulatory compliance.
Erik currently serves as a Laboratory Director and Technical Consultant with Lighthouse Lab Services and previously served as Laboratory Director and Vice President of Laboratory Operations at Bluewater Diagnostic Laboratory.
He completed a Clinical Chemistry Fellowship at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he served as Chief Fellow, and earned his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Louisville.
Through Korte Laboratory Advisors, Erik brings his scientific, operational, and regulatory experience together with one goal: to make laboratories easier to operate and easier to defend.
